I recently stayed at La Ong Lay in Koh Phayam, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. While the bungalows are right on the beach and have a nice vibe, the prices felt steep for the quality of the rooms. The staff were friendly, but there were definitely some aspects that could use improvement.
